Our competitors provide customers and restaurants the convenience of online ordering. But it's clear they're not here to help out the little guys. Our competitors charge restaurants an average of 15-30% of the profits from each order. At CincyEats, we pledge to put the local businesses we host first, and charge no more than 10% per order. Just last year Cincinnati City Council capped delivery fees for the customer to 15%. To keep the local food scene accessible by all, we're pledging to charge no more than 12% per order in fees.
